I sanded the edges of the baffle today and applied some sponge tape to the cooler openings for a trial fit of them both. So far, so good, the coolers fit, seal and the baffle appears to be a good idea at this stage, we won't know until the test flights.
I might make covers to hide the oil cooler mounting hardware

I hope the baffle directs the air through the radiator
