Short Description: Installation of rudder and elevator
|
Today was a big day. Got started by making sure the counter weight assemblies fitted properly without any problems and installed the rudder and elevators for the last time. It took a while - had to fabricate the tailwheel's control rod and eliminate interference at both ends, cut off unneeded features on the tailwheel and rudder bell cranks and eliminate some minor interferences when installing the elevator connection weldment.
