Short Description: Rear spar

Clecoed the 412 hinge brackets on the rear spar and final drilled to #30.
Clecoed the HS-00716A spar doublers and HS-00717A hinge brackets in place and final drilled all to #30. The spar doublers were a tight fit and not easy to remove, but I finally got them out.
Used clecos and clamps to attach the HS-411 brackets around the VA-146 bearing and clecoed them to the spar for match drilling of the 146 bearing. This took some time, but I got all 6 holes done.
Deburred the holes and riveted the brackets and bearing together with AN470AD4-5 rivets per manual drawing #3, section E-E. Final/matched drilled said assembly to the rear spar with #12 drill using the AN3-5A bolt to hold it in position (ref. section E-E of drawing #3)
Disassembled and marked the rear spar components.
