Short Description: Elevator fairing

Ethan and I countersunk the right elevator fairing and test fitted it. I was concerned that the blind rivets that would attach it would crush or pull through the fibreglass fairing so I cut some 0.0015 strips and used JB Weld to bond them to the inside of the fairing. It was a really hot day and it looks like the bond ha already set. Also cut and prepped the strips for the left elevator.
I saw this technique on Warbo's RV7 site and it seems to have worked well so far. Also all my fibreglass supplies have arrived for the blending in of the elevator fairing into the elevator. Exciting but lots of sanding ahead!
