Brief Description: Install cowl with clecos

Re-fit and re-measured cowl yet again. Was finally happy with overall placement, openeins, and prop hub clearance. Drilled thru the cowl and into the fuselage/firewall metal. Cleaco'd in place. Man, this thing is rock-solid. Still have to instasll nutplates and cut the opening for the oil inspection door.
