Spent more time aligning cowl with the tape line I made at the 40mm from edge measurement. Required several on and offs to trim the air intak openings as well as smoothing out the aft edge of the cowl.
Spent time measureing and marking places for the nutplate placements. I had to trim the forward edge of the upper panel cover to clear the GPS antennae so had to be inventive with nutplate placement to provide even placement appearances.
