31-8, Step 9

Machine countersink the holes in the F-1040-L & R Upper Fuselage Channels and F-1042-L & R Bulkhead Side Channels that are common to the F-1071 Forward Fuselage Top Skin. Countersink deep enough to fit the dimples in the forward fuse top skin. Make a dimple test sample by drilling and dimpling a scrap of .032 aluminum for an AN426AD3 rivet

31-10, Steps 1, 2, 3, & 4

Rivet the F-1003C-L & R Instrument Panel Attach Flanges to the F-1071 Forward Fuse Top Skin. Rivet the F-1003D and F-l003E Instrument Panel Attach Flanges to the F-1071 Forward Fuse Top Skin. Rivet the two F-1071 B Hand Hold Doublers to the F-1071 Forward Fuse Top Skin.

I also removed the crotch strap attachment in the back seats. I’ve decided not to use a crotch strap and want to get this piece of metal out of the way so there are no accidents..

33-2, Step 1

Cleco the F-1024-R Seat Floor to the F-1005A Rear Spar Bulkhead, the five F-1017A-R Rear Seat Ribs, and the F-1018-R Outboard Rear Seat Rib. Similarly, cleco the F-1024-L Seat Floor to the rear spar bulkhead and rear seat ribs on the left side.
