Brief Description: Assembly of seat floors and mid seat rail supports

I forgot to finish the seat floor covers yesterday. I deburred them, cleaned them, and then primed them.

28-15, Steps 5 & 6
Rivet the F-1067C Seat Floor Angles and F-1067D Seat Floor Attach Strips to the F-1067A Seat Floor. Rivet nutplates to the seat floors and seat floor attach strips.
The two subassemblies created in this step will subsequently be referred as Seat Floor Assembly - Left and Seat Floor Assembly - Right.
The Seat Floor Assembly - Left, Seat Floor Assembly - Right, and F-1067B Seat Floor Covers are not be installed at this time. They will be set them aside until called for during later sections

28-16, Steps 2 & 4
Rivet the F-1057 L/R Mid Seat Rail Supports together. Rivet the nutplates to the underside of the upper flanges using a rivet squeezer. The two subassemblies created in this step will subsequently be referred to as Mid Seat Support Rails. These parts will not be installed at this time. They will be set them aside until after the gear legs have been filled and drilled
Final-Drill as per the callout. Draw reference lines on the WD-1 021-L and WD-1021-R Landing Gear Mounts.
