28-15, Steps 3 & 4
Machine countersink the nutplate attach holes in the seat floors and seat floor attach strips to fit the head of an AN426AD3 rivet. Machine countersink the holes in the seat floors that are common to the seat floor attach strips and F-1067C Seat Floor Angles to fit the head of an AN426AD3 rivet.
Uncleco F-1067C Seat Floor Angles and F-1067D Seat Floor Attach Strips from the F-1067A Seat Floors. Debur the holes and edges of the seat floors, seat floor angles, and seat floor attach strips.
Clean and prime the seat floors, seat floor angles, seat floor attach strips, and F-1067B Seat Floor Covers
28-16, Steps 1 & 3
Trim the aft flanges of the F-1057-L and F-1057-R Mid Seat Rail Supports. Final-Drill and machine countersink the 3/32 dia. nutplate attach holes. Final-Drill #19 and debur the screw attach holes. Final-Drill and debur the 1/8 diameter rivet holes in each Mid Seat Rail Support. Final-Drill #12 as per the callout. Clean and prime.
Cut to size two WD-1021 P Shims from AS3-063 sheet stock.
