Brief Description:  Fuel tank and started ribs to connect bulkheads

I started with Plan B to validate that there are no leaks in the fuel tanks. I'm testing with water. After about 3 hours, there are no visible leaks. Other than the one I created before I capped the fuel vent. :^( After cleaning that mess, everything appears to be dry.

26-5, Step 1

Fluted the lower flange of the outboard seat ribs to match the holes of the center bottom skin. I cleco'd the outboard seat ribs, aft center section bulkhead, inboard seat rib subassemblies, and the rear bulkhead assembly to the center bottom skin.

The next step was to match drill, but I have a problem with four holes that aren't in alignment. I have to leave to attend a couple meetings, so it will be tomorrow before I can investigate. Per the illustration Figure 3 on 26-5, it appears that these holes are supposed to be in alignment. They're not, so I have to figure out what is wrong. (See Image 3)
