Brief Description: Continue with throttle connection at carb
Tedius rework day.
Previously had the throttle cable latch and cables latched into the latch.
Today I tried connecting the cables to the throttle bellcrank on the carb. I noticed that there was a bit of binding and determined that the latch assembly needed to be bent to a more acute angle.
Removed the latch and bent iti in the vise. Test fit, and removed and adjusted some more. All appear to be aligned well at this point.
Installed an AN3-17A bolt and adjusted the rod end bearings. Binds just a small bit when retarding the throttle - that last 1/4" before idle. Will try it again; I can always mount the cables in the center hole of the throttle arm.
