All of the panel-centered wiring, switches, etc., are complete! Next up is application of power. And hoping that no smoke escapes!
Installed the cabin heat cable. Trimmed to the length needed. Attached to the heat control valve in the firewall. Of course, once I installed the cable lock (drilled bolt with washers & AN3 nut) and cleco'd the heat deflector shield, it was obviously rubbing where the bolt was hittint the deflector. Removed the deflector and the bolt, turned it upside down, and reinstalled. Worked great. Riveted in place.
Attached the antenna cable for the transponder
Shortened the pitot-static lines to allow them to be attached to the heater deflector via cobra mount. Reattached. Installed some wire loom where needed to prevent wire harness sections from rubbing on edges.
