It took me about and hour, but I found the issues with the GTN650 and GTX327. It was clearly apparent that I was too fatigued last night and overlooked the obvious.
Then I noticed I forgot to hook up the external fan on the GTN650. I spent the next half hour or so attempting to fish out the fan pigtail from the connector on the back of the GTN650. No success, so I'll be taking things apart so I can get behind the GTN650 rack.
