Brief Description: Attach Horizontal Stab / install door latches

Was out of state last weekend; other normal pandemonium interfered as well.
Spent more time than I thought installing the left and right door latches. There are multiple ways for the locking bar to install on the handle so I messed around with different ways. Had to file the opening in the plexiglass for the lock cylinder to install thru.
After I installed the latches, I was concerned that the pilot or passenger could disengage the lock just by moving around in the seat, so I thought about it a bit and removed the latch assys and rotated the assembly 90 deg in the door. This way, a concious decision must be made to disengage the latch.
Then, I installed the 4 AN3 bolts to attach the horizontal stab to the fuselage. Sounds simple. The plans call for AN3-4A bolts. I only had 3; needed 4. I looked in our chapter hangar; couldn't find any. Asked another builder, and he had one! Success!
Went back to the hangar and started to install. Turns out that with the shims, I really need AN3-5A bolts. Fortunately, I had plenty of those, so removed the -4As and went with the longer 5s.
