Brief Description: More work on horizontal

No pics. Added elevator to horizontal stab. Balanced elevator. Set weights aside. Checked for interference of elevator against horizontal stab. Had to file a bit of the left plastic tip on the horizontal. Deburred holes drilled in the horizontal attach brackets for accurate torquing.
