Brief Description: Flaperon splice plates / strobe mount / flaperon r
changed dessicant in engine dehydrator.
Cut right wing flaperon splice plate to correct size to give 15mm spacing between flaperon halves. Pilot drilled holes in the plate, then attached the plate with tape to the wing and drilled-thru into the flaperon. Updrilled to 1/8" and riveted in place.
Attached wingtip nav/strobe mounting plates to each wingtip. Was a pain as no real way to masure exact location with the curves and all. Overall result is pretty good. Had to touchup right wingtip paint.
Dug out hardware and did a finger-tight hardware install on the flaperon control rods.
