First up was changing-out the dessicant crystals in my engine dehydrator.
Next, I soldered the spade lug connections on the right wing light wires. They were all set to go until I was wiggling the wing around during the mounting task. That severed 3 of the 4 wire connections. I was just going to crimp-on new terminals, but as I was examining them, I decided to just solder the ends together. Protected with shrink tubing, then tested. Light is just hanging loose from the wingtip.
Frustrating part was trying to mount the flaperons. I had removed them both from the left wing. They were a bit tight, so I reamed-out the mounting holes in the mount arms extending from the wing. Lubed the bushings. Much better now. However, on the left wing, the pivot point that rivets to the fuselage is just about 1-1.5mm off from the flaperon hinge centerline, causing it to bind. Called Roger at Zenith and he said that it's not really needed, so I could enlarge the pivot hole without incident. Now to finish mounting the flaperons.
