Brief Description: Up-drill / fit lower fin skin & vert stab lower ed

Just tedious work. Removed lower fin skin and updrilled the Lower L angles to the fuselage. Marked and drilled lower edge rivet holes in the lower fin skin. Attached lower skin and "adjusted" using brute force to align the lower skin with the centerline of the fuse. Drilled holes into the L angles using the pilot holes in the lower skin. Updrilled to A5 rivet size (5/32").
Removed vertical stab. Marked and drilled rivet holes on the lower edge to attach to the lower L angles attached to the horizontal stab a few days ago.
