Spent some time better learning the configuration of the GRT Avionics systems. Set up the EIS options to reflect my configuraiton as well as going back over the EFIS serial port allocations, sppeds, and applicable data sources.
Configured teh Garmin 327 transponder to refelct the output format from the EFIS; forgot to see if the pressure altitude reported by teh EFIS is reflected in the Garmin. Tomorrow.
The magnetometer is talking correctly to the EFIS and AHRS, but since I cann't swing the airplane around a compass rose, I have not yet been able to do the calibration.
Once configuration was done for the day, I got out the vinyl appliques I purchased to go along the sides, tail, and wheel fairings. Cut into installation-facilitating lengths and stored them laying flat.
