Brief Description: Fitment of torque tube forward bearing block
re-checked the alignment of the vertical support L angles that hold the bearing block to ensure they were lined-up correctly with the holes in the front seat support. Drilled first pilot hole and oops. The controls tunnel walls were not lined-up correctly with the front seat brace. Turned the L-angles upside down and re-drilled correct holes.
Clamped the front bearing block in place and marked it so that the next holes did not line up with the rivet holes in the L-angles which would make the rivets hard to install.
Center-punched the hole locations and drilled with a #40 pilot drill.
Clamped into the fuselage and drilled the #40 holes thru the L angles. Cleco'd, then up-drilled in steps up to the final 3/16" side to fit AN3 bolts.
