Brief Description: Final steps for rivet prep

Cleanup of final parts; drilled a few holes up to 3/16" to support AN3 hardware for motor mounts and rudder pedals. Deburred both forward side skins and cleco'd into position. Next step: rivet the fwd fuse, then re-mate the fuselage.
