Brief Description: OAT, Wingtips, and Empennage Fairings

It took me awhile to isolate the issue, but I finally found the problem with the left OAT. Once identified, I resolved the issue. Janice installed the empennage fairings. Janice also cut some insulation to replace the insulation that got soaked with fuel last week. Renee finished putting in the screws in the bottom of the wing tips
