Drill four #30 pilot holes in the CB-1005A Cylinder 6 Aft Baffle.
Place the VA-187 4" Flanged Duct on the aft face of the CB-1005A Cylinder 6 Aft Baffle. Trace the inside of the 4" flanged duct onto the cylinder 6 aft baffle, set the duct aside and then remove the traced circular area from the cylinder 6 aft baffle.
Center the VA-187 4" Flanged Duct on the hole created previosuly. Match-Drill #30 the holes iin the flange of the flanged duct into the aft face of the CB-1005A Cylinder 6 Aft Baffle.
Enlarge the two center pilot holes drilled to 3/4 dia. with a Unibil. Connect the quadrants and remove the remaining material from the hatched area of both the CB-1005A Cylinder 6 Aft Baffle and the VA-187 4" Flanged Duct. Remove the 4" flanged duct.
Deburr the edges and drilled holes in both the CB-1005A Cylinder 6 Aft Baffle and the VA-187 4" Flanged Duct.
Cleco the CB-1003C and CB-1004B Doubler Plates to the CB-1004A Cylinder 6 Baffle. Final-Drill #40 the rivet holes common to the doubler plates and the cylinder 6 baffle.
Dissassemble then deburr the CB-1003C and CB-1004B Doubler Plates and the CB-1004A Cylinder 6 Baffle. Dimple the rivet holes in the doubler plates and the corresponding holes in the cylinder 6 baffle.
