Brief Description:  Mounting Andair Fuel Valve in Center Arm Rest

I mounted the top bracket of the Andair fuel valve to the carbon fiber center arm rest console from Aeropsort Products.

Since the upper part of the valve needs to set flush under the arm rest console, I had to remove a section of the tunnel covers to accomodate. The bottom part (the actual valve) is mounted at the new standard mounting location per the Van's plans.

For those that are planning purchasing an Andair valve, you only need about 3" of the purple extender bar. I had ordered 12" to ensure I wouldn't be short at Oshkosh. I now have 9" left over.

There are two 3/32 holes drilled through the bottom and top assemblies and the extender bar. Then a pin is inserted in the top and bottom to ensure the extender bar can't come loose.

I then drilled the mounting holes for the fuel valve bezel in the center arm rest console.
