Drilled the holes in the panel inserts and the panel. I had to file down one of the inserts to allow room for the thickness of the paint. Then I proceeded to prime and paint the inserts. One of the inserts got some imperfections in the paint, so it's more than likely I'll have to repaint the inserts at a later date.
