I finished deburring the edges of the sub panel access hole. I cut 3/4" aluminum angle for doublers around the perimeter of the hole. I primed all the parts. I riveted the doublers to the sub panel. I also riveted the throttle cable mount plate back onto the sub panel. I had removed this mount plate when I was going to install a throttle quadrant.
