21-2, Steps 1-5, right and left ailerons
I started working on the ailerons, since I need Brad's assistance to finish the fuel tanks. I hope to complete them over Thanksgiving weekend.
Cleco nose ribs,doublers, spar, and skin together. Match drill common holes with the ribs and spar. Drill #27 holes through the ribs into the stanless steel counterbalance tube.
21-3, Steps 1-5,
I came back and did a second session today. Match drilled aileron brackets on both the right and left ailerons to 3/16". Countersunk the #40 holes underneath on both sides.
Fabricated the 16 stiffners on the bandsaw, then cleaned them up a bit on the belt sander. I will debur them tomorrow.
