Brief Description:  Fuel tank - leak testing

I borrowed a manometer from Mike Cencula yesterday. I set it up on the first tank today. It appears that I may have a small leak that I will have to find. The manometer dropped about 1/4" within 15-20 minutes. I'll wait to see what happens overnight.
