The replacement part arrived from Van's today. Manufactured the part and installed.

10-12, Steps 3, 4, & 5 Completed

I ordered 50 more clecos, but those qucikly ran out. I will need to get creative to perform the next step.

Cut the new J-channel.

Matched drilled the top skins.
