Brief Description: Riveting ribs to elevator skins

9-10, Steps 3 - 7 Attaching the reinforcment plates to the spar, riveting the nutplate, inserting the snap bushing Riveting the elevator horns to each spar. 9-11, Steps 1 - 6 Riveting the ribs to each of the four elevator skins. Attaching the rear spar to the ribs on each side. Riveting the inboard shear clip to the spar on each side. Installing the reinforcement plates and nutplates to each of the bottom skin opening for the elevator trim access panel.
