Brief Description:  Started the rear spar bulkhead assembly

I started the day by resealing the rear baffle of the left fuel tank. I had a couple pin holes there on the right tank, so I figured taht a little extra sealant would be good insurance. Unfortunately, I ran out of sealant about three quarters through the job. I ordered another quart from Van's that should be here on Tuesday. I don't need a quart, but I'm not sure one of the smaller tubes is enough. Plus I prefer the longer working time (120 minutes vs 30 minutes).

25-7, Steps 1, 2, & 3

Final drill the #40 and #19 nutplate holes on the rear spar bulkhead, both bulkhead side channels, and both idler arm brackets.

Cleco the rear spar bulkhead, both bulkhead side channels, both idler arm brackets, crotch strap lugs, front and rear attach bars and both gussets together. Match drill all the common holes.

Machine countersink the forward and inboard face of the bulkhead side channels and gusset attach holes,

Debur, clean, and prime all parts.
