The right front baffle didn't fit right, so I re-ordered a few parts. Brad used the existing parts to determine the top line of the baffles and then started to fabricate the remaining sections. He got about 80 percent done. He just has to trim the side baffle and then fabricate the corner piece. During the course of all these, we took the cowl on and off at least a half dozen times.
