Several on and off attempts to properly clearance the left front corner area of the baffles to cowl.
Dug out the aluminum stock provided with the baffle kit. This is used to create the trim strips for each area of the baffles. The supplied plans are 100% scale; I didn't want to cut-up the plans sheet, so I traced the outlines of each piece onto regular paper, cut them out, and taped to the sheet stock. I then traced around the edges onto the sheet stock.
In doing the above, as I was lettering each piece so that I know what they're for once cut out, it became apparent that there was one piece omitted for the right front angle piece immediately behind the cowl inlets. Since it's the same shape as the left side, I just traced a new duplicate piece. No biggie, but would have been nice to know.
