Cut out the baffle seal retention strips on the bandsaw. These were traced from plans-provided full-sized templates. The instructions noted that they were drawn 1" wide, but only needed to be 0.5" wide. I went with 0.75 width.
After cutting out the 10 strips, I cleaned them up on the scotchbrite wheel. I then fit the aft and both side pieces (trimming to match the contours of the main baffles). I then cut the pieces down to 0.75" width. Still have to bend and figure out the front lower baffle edges and the oil cooler pieces.
