Spent some time studying and preparing stuff for rigging the wings. Investigated the plans material. Fabricated 6 alignment pins from 1/4"" steel rod. Rechecked alignment of wing attach block holes.
Installed right-wing fiberglass wing tip. Cut access notches on the back of the tip and around the main spar for clearance. Fit into place; trimmed some more. Held in position with tape and began drilling with #40 bit to cleco into position.
Was able to do all work while wing was situated in wing cradle.
Still have to figure out placement and attachment method for the position light pods I purchased from Van's.
