Un-cleco'd right flap drive rib, deburred, and re-cleco'd (SNX-W06-05R). Ready for riveting.
Drilled pilot holes in SNX-W06-06 hinge half. That's a lotta holes....
Last night, marked up the cut lines for the inboard end of the flap. Tonight, used a cutoff wheel in the Dremel to make initial cuts at the angle of the skin, then used the Andy snips to make nice smooth cuts for the rest of the skin. Used a fine-toothed file to clean up the corners and other areas that needed smoothing.
Marked-up the cut flap skin for placement of ribs. Marked the spaces for the rivets as well.
