Bent SNX-T12-07 using newly-acquired vise and lengths of steel pipe. Spent about an hour trying to smooth out scratches from the pipe threads. :-( Had to re-make SNX-T12-09 (again) - messed up bending it. Fabricated SNX-T12-04, T12-03, T12-08 channel stock and drilled pilot holes. Messed up lower cut angle of T12-04, the main vertical stab spar - it was supposed to be 5 degrees to match the taper of the fuselage, but mine was closer to 15 degrees. Wrote to Kerry at Sonex, and he said it should be OK, since this would be tucked inside the fuse skins anyway.
