All that was left today was to finish drilling the retention strips for the front baffle assy and to rivet the seals in place.
I chose to install as a one-piece seal w/o any cuts in it. This was a pain in the keester! The hardest part was around the 90 deg bends as the seal material would want to pull or push out of place. I could have used several additional hands, because even visegrip clamps were impractical.
In a few places I had to drill-out existing rivets to allow the seal to lay flat. I already had some longer-length AAP-44 rivets to handle the additional material thickness, so I used them in these special situations.
Overall, aside from being tedious with some re-drilling and re-riveting involved, it went well.
