First thing up was to glass-in the erroneously-drilled holes on the lower firewall edge of the right cowl. Mixed up the resin, added some colloidial silicate, and filled the holes. Let it set for a few hours to harden sufficiently that I could move the cowl for other operations.
Marked and cut the fuel filler access and the oil cooler opening. Sized per plans.
Trimmed some more off the front "bowl" of the cowl as it was still quite tight.
Removed and re-torqued the right side plugs (left side done the other day) as some builders were experiencing seizing problems.
