Brief Description:  Oil Cooler Installation Complete

No work last night; attended an AOPA safety seminar for Wings credit, so at least it was aviation related.

Finished installing the oil cooler, but may change one of the lines.

Cleaned up a bit; installed fittings into the cooler using teflon-impregnated sealant.

Clamped the upper case baffle onto the lower baffle and drilled rivet holes (won't rivet until fitting the cowl to ensure proper fit).

Next bolted the cooler to the baffle, then installed the baffle to the case. Installed the upper case baffle and cleco'd into position.

Installed the in/out oil lines. On the left (pilot) side (on the right in the pics below), I'm not happy with the fit of the line - too tight against the baffle such that it pulls the firesleeve away from the fitting. I have extra line and firesleeve, but will need new clamps. This will be easy to do and won't prevent engine start (like THAT'S gonna happen in the next month!).
