Chapter board meeting last night, so no progress yesterday.
The "dip" I made on Monday night from hi-temp RTV (red) and MEK worked like a charm. Still has flexibility, will still slide over the fitting nut, and penetrated the firesleeve woven mat just fine.
So, tonight I clamped the oil cooler into place on the (broken) lower cooler baffle, and measured the in/out oil cooler line lengths. Marked, and cut with the cutoff wheel in the dremel.
Measured 3 lengths of firesleeve - fuel, oil in, oil out.
Made up some more "dip", and treated the remaining ends (one end of the fuel line was done Monday night as a test).
Set all aside to dry. Since UPS tracking says my new lower cooler baffle will be here Friday, I'll be able to get the cooler installed this weekend, complete with sleeved oil lines.
