Brief Description: Drill Lower Rudder Hinge / File Control Horn
Continued filing on the left and right sides of the lower rudder control horn in order to attain 25 degrees swing in each direction. Have it at about 24 deg right now.
Also pilot drilled the remaining holes to secure the lower rudder hinge to the aft fuselage.
