Pilot drilled - since is stainless steel, a bit of a challenge to drill.
Had to adjust the bend on some of the flanges to make the box tight in all the corners. Added stiffener flange for the top flange. Pilot drilled all parts.
Test fit onto the firewall flange; some question on where to put the southco fasteners for the cowl as well as the tightness of the fit of the filler box to the upper flange of the upper firewall. Have an email in to Sonex Tech Support.
