Completed W21 for the Right Wing / Aileron Bellcrank. Positioned, drilled, deburred, and riveted the -09 clips to the vertical channels. Up-drilled the vertical channels and the -02R bellcrank assembly; deburred, then riveted to the rib.
Bolted the fore/aft root rib to the spar. During prior disassembly, noticed that the washers were not laying flat on the attach angles; the Sonex discussion groups had mentioned that the angle fillet was a bit too much, which caused the washers to ride up (not good). Using the ScotchBrite wheel, trimmed down all washers. Torqued the assemblies into place.
Positioned the aft spar into position and riveted. First riveted the aft root rib to the attach bracket already positioned on the aft spar. Then positioned all other ribs and riveted those.
