With the elevator pushrods done I started working on the rudder cables. I attached the cables to the rudder horn, fixed the rudder in full left position, installed the cable adjuster on the left pedal and tried to pull the cable towards the adjuster to mark where to drill and cut the adjuster. Here's where I ran into an issue, the cable won't reach, it's short about 1.5". I was about to email Sonex when I came across an SB that stated that the cable adjusters should be extended as required. Looks like I'll be remaking (i.e. "extending") the cable adjusters. That's what I did today, making them 1.5" longer than the original ones.
