More scary drilling today as I started working on the left side. This side I drilled completely to 3/32 with the canopy installed. I initially drilled a few holes and took the canopy off like I did with the other side, but I found the side strip just did not fit well enough this way to drill the remaining holes, so the canopy went back on. Did not have any problems so far.
