Before starting to work on the windshield I needed to bend the forward fuselage side panel flanges that will hold the windshield in place. this was very easy, just use a 2x4 and a mallet. Did some final adjustments with the hand seamer. Done. I then started trimming the windshield to size. I found the easiest way to do this is with a dremel tool with a cut-off wheel and use a 1m ruler clamped to the windshield as a guide. this worked great. I'm almost done with trimming the sides of the windshield, little remains, but I will still need to do the forward and aft side, that's a job for the next session.
