Today I worked on the aileron skin stiffeners. Eight angles have four stiffeners each that had to be cut and trimmed by hand with tin snips. Each aileron will have eight top and eight bottom stiffeners for a total of thirty-two. I got them all cut a part and next session I will need to deburr all of them with the bench grinder and scotch brite wheel.
