This morning I finished deburring the flap braces. Colten helped drill the brace/spar holes to size. I primed everything along with two tof Tanners Nerf guns that he wanted painted. He didn't like them orange and yellow, thought primer olive drab green was better. After the primer was dry I riveted the flap braces to the rear spars. Driving with one hand and bucking with the other went pretty well. I ran the air pressure at 60 psi and that worked better than at 50 psi as I had it set when I struggled with the leading edge spar rivets.
Next, I sorted through the aileron and flap kit and pulled out the aileron skins and skin stifferner angles. I will need to cut the stiffeners apart from the angle during the next session.
