Today I worked a little bit on the fuel tank floats. One still needed to have the float arm bent, cut to length, and installed on the sender. This went smooth and turned out well.
I spent a few minutes and took pictures of the inside of each tank and leading edge and well as the top of each wing spar. I won't include the pictures here, but have them saved for future reference since I am preparing to close them up for good.
The first picture shows the float arm prior to bending and cutting to length. The second picture shows both completed fuel float and sender units ready for install in the tanks. Picture 3 is the inside of the left tank as an example of how I took pictures of the internal components prior to closing everything up.
